Silver Lake College is an accredited, co-educational liberal arts and professional degree-granting institution, established in 1935 by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Today, more than 1,000 full-time and part-time students are enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs in more than two dozen fields of study. The favorable student to teacher ratio of 10:1 fosters a dynamic environment where ideas flourish. Silver Lake College programs are accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the National Association of Schools of Music, and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
